There isn’t a silver bullet or perfect formula, but there are ways for a startup and small charity to hack growth. Growth hacking is primarily required in the early stages of a project to send it North with a narrow focus on scaling.
The links below contain information and slides which were provided at a recent conference Givey attended last week in Dublin, organised by Ben Cotton, the Founder of Growth Hack Talks:
Building a Business Through Emotion and Experiences
Marino Fresch – Head of Marketing, Eventbrite
We found this talk by Marino particularly informative as it highlighted happiness in an office environment as being key for productivity. Givey has worked closely in the past with Ogilvy labs on a case study to test Give As You Earn and Givey and their effects on employee engagement. Take a look at the results by clicking here!
How to Hack Your Way to New Customers
Matthew Barby – Head of SEO & Growth, HubSpot
Matthew from Hubspot gave some hot tips on how to create and engage a new audience, with three key points including content led optimisation through “understanding what works to the finest details and then scaling it.”
How Building a Community Can Help Drive Growth
